The product was easy to install and was on sale when I purchased it. It was the first time in my life I've had to replace an over-the-range microwave so I didn't know what to expect. The Best Buy rep recommended this one over other more expensive microwaves and it's been great so far.

Our old microwave didn’t have the features of this new LG. We have bought several LG Products recently and have never had a problem with any of them. I love the stainless steel look of this particular model!

LG is amazing!!! This microwave oven is great. Much better than our old Frigidaire that stopped working. It looks amazing in our house. Love it. And it was a open box product.

Works fine. Issue is simple use of the time cooking. Wanted it to be like my OLD microwave where just holding the button sets the timed setting. Not with this one. Have to actually set time ... the idea of hitting the 30 second add to get to the time is a bit old style. But all in all is nice unit and works just fine. A minor inconvenience but it does disappoint.

For what you pay, this microwave delivery the style and features you want. I't s midline stainless LG microwave. Cooks fast, looks great in the kitchen.

Love it! This was a replacement for our original microwave, same LG model & size. Didn't even consider another brand.

Looks and works great. We bought all LG appliances for our kitchen remodel. They've been great so far. My only disappointment is the LED (screen) color doesn't match between the slide-in range and the microwave.

It was quite a journey to get this microwave. There wee damaged products and product unavailability. It took six weeks to get this appliance. Now we have it, the instillation was amazing and professional. The microwave works great. Thanks, Best Buy.

Works well. Installation requires two people to hold the wall template and the screwing in the microwave unit from the cabinet above. Measuring where to drill the holes in the cabinet can be tricky specially when the old "under the cabinet unit" had its own holes. It may be necessary to get a couple of over-size washers if the new hole(s) are close to the old hole(s).

Can't say how it will be over the long hall but installed easily and has worked just fine for the past 3 months.

Not terribly happy with the control panel. With no back light the buttons are incredibly difficult to see and not to user friendly to push either. Overall I wish I had demo of this before purchasing. I liked that it matched my new oven.

Once I get it installed I will give a better review, looks good, but we honestly don't use a microwave too much. Didn't have one for two years, so getting

Well, its a microwave and it works well! It cooks food about as evenely as what you can expect of a microwave. The 2 speed fan is relatively quiet and moves a lot of air, and the LED light underneath is nice and bright. The control panel is easy to use and well designed.

Love it! Does exactly what it is supposed to do and with the total tech plan from Best Buy, they installed it. Couldn't be happier.

This product was not only a great purchase, but installed exactly as recommended and stated. It operates perfectly and would certainly recommend it to other clients or customers.

I read the reviews and decided this was a good deal. I should have known how easily the black stainless LG appliances scratch because I have the fridge, but even just taking it out of the box, it got a little scratch on the front. And you have to push on the buttons unreasonably hard...it’s really weird. But, it heats my food, so I guess it’s doing it’s job.

As a microwave/vent it works fine. I am disappointed that there is no way to light the keypad. All of my previous microwaves lit up when touched, making it easy to read even in low light. I assumed all microwaves worked like that and did not checkbon thecfeature. Had i done so, it would have been a deal breaker.
