I purchased this microwave to replace a 13 year old unit. This LG had the clean, simple lines and basic features I wanted. However I returned it only because I decided to install an OTR vent hood which gives the kitchen a higher end look.

Had this one in my last house also. Live it, simple and easy to use. Perfect

Great price. Nice microwave. Easy to use. Getting used to cleaning stainless but wipes up nicely.

It fit perfectly where my old microwave was. My only complaint is that you have to push the buttons so hard for them to work.

Great options for the price. The middle rack definitely comes in handy during the holidays

Purchased this microwave to complete a LG “bundle” sales promotion. Have used it for three weeks now and am unimpressed with overall quality.. It is mounted over our LG electric cooktop/oven, and the light it shines onto the cooktop below is so dim that it is virtually useless. The vent does not seem to absorb much of the steam from pots on the cooktop and is very loud, regardless of speed selected. The buttons on the front panel are hard to see/read and to choose an option you have to forcefully push or mash the button several times. The filters are flimsy and one of them falls onto the cooktop every time the microwave for is closed. Seriously thought about returning this microwave but it is mounted to the wall with brackets and removing it might damage our newly installed backsplash. Cannot honestly recommend.

Its a microwave :) cleans up mice, love the functions. The display light is bright! I wish the light underneath over stove was as bright and led.

We don’t use our microwave for much cooking, mostly reheating and melting things. It heats evenly with few hotspots so it does a good job with those. Softens butter and melts chocolate easily without burning or over melting. One thing that works well in this microwave is corn on the cob it does a great job with those, two minutes per cob and they are perfectly cooked.

Love the LG Microwave… my but is that there are no time oriented buttons. Press 1 for 1 minute 2 for 2 minutes etc.

Great microwave ilove Lg products and ive never had a problem with them . Best buy makes things a dream to buy and have never had a problem there either.

The product is what I wanted with all the features. I'm surprised it came with a scratch that was not identified before it was packed for shipment. Could it be, that though ordered in late May, did not officially arrived and install to August 6, hmm?? Quality control maybe?? I would give 5 stars, but Samsung should have seen scratch on front surface.

Needed a no frills microwave above the range. Exhaust works fine but work light is about useless. Cooks just fine with eady to use controls

I love LG products but I love this microwave fingerprints don't stay on it easy has really great easy-to-use features I have a son with disabilities and it's easy for him to use I would definitely recommend this to anyone

Nice looking unit. Defrost function is the reason we purchased, works extremely well. And we found at a great price at Best Buy. Two day delivery as promised.

Nothing fancy, easy install. PrintProof seems to work well. Good basic microwave.

I am happy with the functioning of the microwave. However, after it was installed over my stove and we removed the plastic protective wrap on the front, I saw a very large blemish on the front of the microwave, It was too late by then to return the microwave, unless I wanted to pay the handyman to remove it and install another one. Needless to say, I am very upset.

Recently upgraded from a Kenmore unit. The LG was easy to setup and install. Had the microwave about a month now and have no regrets. Simple controls with sensor cooking.

this item works well and is a good replacement for the original we ordered but were unable to get in a resonable time span.

Easy to use LG microwave. Installers working for Best Buy did a wonderful job hooking up all my new appliances. I’m happy with everything!

Over the range microwave was a perfect fit, the color matches my other appliances perfectly, the Space inside is big enough for a large chicken to Defrost.Love it
