    very quiet with many more options than i will ever use. The touchscreen is very responsive. Has worked great with soups, leftovers, etc.

    I have no complaints about the appearance or operation of this microwave. It is not intuitive though. Seriously, I have still not figured out how to use several of the features without having to pull out the manual over and over. At this point with microwave technology there should be some universal truths.

    It has a great middle section grill to put two plates at a time. The installation was a bit tricky with a 1/2 inch backsplash, but with a bit of trial and error the installation was perfect.

    This microwave was very hard to DIY install. After we installed it this product did not work. We have to admit that LG sent a very competent repairman who had to come twice to fix it, but was very good. It has been working fine since, but the light under it for our cooking is very inadequate, only one small bulb.
