This microwave replaced a 3 year old Whirlpool microwave which failed. Installation was pretty straightforward but will require an extra set of hands to lift into place. It’s a little louder than the Whirlpool but I’m betting on better LG quality for this one to last more than 3 years. Installed approximately 3 weeks and so far no issues!

The microwave is very nice looking in my kitchen. The inside is a little dark as I'm used to white rather than dark gray. The buttons are harder to push than normal. I also wish there were 2 settings on the night light like my old microwave.

Love my new microwave, easy to use, lots of good features and spacious. Looks beautiful in my kitchen.

This microwave is very easy to use. It's interior is very easy to clean. The only complaint I have is the control key pad is not lighted which makes it difficult to see. It is not finger print resistant, so i clean it after each use.

Good little microwave that fit best over the range for the package we bought. The buttons require a firm push versus just a touch. I don't understand having a metal rack in the microwave? I guess I don't microwave multiple dishes at once.

This is the best microwave we have ever owned. It heats the food all the way through and even has a feature that it will sense the food and heat up according to what’s in the microwave. I will say the light inside the microwave is very dim as well as the light over the range. It’s just too dim.

This is a nice looking over-the-range microwave and it's easy to use. The only down side it that its a bit noisy when it runs because the fan is activated when you use it.

This is a good Microwave, it looks great and have enough functions. The only disappointment thing is that it is a little bit noisy. I was not expecting that much noise.

In general, this microwave works well and has some nice features. I've used some of the programmed settings (Melt, Soften) and am pleased with the results. Pretty straight-forward installation

This microwave is great, after installing it, the kitchen looked great, it brightened it up and it works wonderfully.

I really love the microwave. Great upgrade from my previous model. Simple sleek design. Easy to use. The sensing feature works very well. The fan is what I expected. Low setting is quiet, much quieter than previous microwave. I have not used the rack and keep that out. Love the print proof stainless steel.

Great microwave. Heats evenly, the popcorn button works really well and the vent is adequate if still a little loud. The light is a little underwhelming. Overall the microwave heats fast and doesn't dry out the food.

After installation the display panel flickered 24/7. That problem went away on its own. Geek Squad thought it was likely dust on the electronics. It has always worked great. Just a couple things to be aware of - there is just 1 light setting & there are no 1 button cook options.

This works wonderful. Very easy and user friendly. The only problem for me is the digital display is very dark. Hard to read the numbers to push. Goes with all of my other LG products in our kitchen.

Microwave is noisy and display panel is hard to see at night, light is not very bright.

This is okay. We went the cheap route. It works fine. The only problem is the buttons are hard to press and someone need to press 2-3 times with more pressure. I thought it needed to be broken in but it's been a year. It's not the computer module. It's amy button on the control panel. It gets annoying every time you go to use it and are wondering how many times you need to press each button to get it to work.

Bought as a replacement for a different brand. LG fit my spot perfectly, including the drill template for the overhead cabinet and the mounting frame! I like all the programming features and quick-touch buttons: "Add 30 seconds" is my favorite- especially when you just hit it once and don't need to press start. One positive that's also a negative: The beeper is loud enough to hear throughout the house - I do wish I could program that to be soft or silent, but if that's possible, it's not in the manual. As a 1000 Watt microwave, it does a great job, from cooking bacon to defrosting frozen food. We're glad to find this exact fit for our space!
