Microwave functions well, but is rather loud when cooking. Vent fan activates whenever the microwave is in use, despite the owner's manual notation that it only comes on when it detects heat from the stove.

In addition they were extremely knowledgeable about the installation as well as the applances. Each technician explained how each appliance works. All 4 appliances are working well.

I like it and thought, being LG, it would be highly rated. Turns out it's one of LG's lowest rated models. Does Best Buy pay attention to the ratings on what they sell?

It has a little music when is done. Lovely. The only thing is that is very noisy. Other than that we love it.

The buttons are very loud, tho and I haven’t figured out a way to change this! Wakes up my baby almost every time.
