We had another LG before, and liked that, but this one is even nicer. I do like the grey interior. It just looks better. Also like the controls, they are functional and easy to understand.

One comment on installation; the template provided is a back/front template. Would have been easier if the top and back templates were seperate.

I love the look and there are a few pleasant surprises with how it operates.

I like it and thought, being LG, it would be highly rated. Turns out it's one of LG's lowest rated models. Does Best Buy pay attention to the ratings on what they sell?

Could be because the installers (who showed up 75 minutes after the scheduled delivery and installation time) used the old mounting bracket instead of the one that came with this microwave. Now it will cost a service fee. No wonder the company has had to close the Lakeville, Burnsville, and Shakopee stores.
