Mine came with a faulty motor that caused a really loud noise when the microwave was working. Thankfully, the LG team offered to replace the faulty part. Otherwise, good appliance!

They have been "looking for a technician" for over 4 WEEKS now! Over a million people in this area and LG doesn't have one person to repair a microwave? I had to buy a cheap one to be able to eat! You me a repair and $60 LG!
