Wonderful microwave

Within the first couple months the interior light blew out. No big deal but didn’t expect it so soon. Now the magnetron is burned out and the microwave doesn’t heat. I contacted LG, the part is covered under warranty but it costs $350 just to have an LG contractor come to look at the microwave. The $350 is apparently their “flat rate repair fee”. Had a local repairman look and he said it would be cheaper just to replace the entire thing plus installation. So two years later my original purchase is already non functional and the warranty is useless unless you’re happy to fork out $350. Will NEVER buy an LG appliance again.

The buttons are very loud, tho and I haven’t figured out a way to change this! Wakes up my baby almost every time.

The wifi is pretty worthless since you can't even turn it on remotely. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to.
