It’s 3/28 still no microwave.. took of work to wait and it was damaged no call no show… second arrangement took off work it didn’t come in… they said they left a voicemail they did not… so still no microwave… no follow up phone call

cheaply made door doesn't match when closing the door

This unit is actually saving me electricity as it cooks faster than my previous unit that had the very same wattage rating. The appearance is modern and clean while the control panel is glass rather than the flex plastic type that never looked as good as this.

Overall, this is a good looking microwave that does the job well. - Most of the sensor functions are not very useful. However, a few like reheating pizza or a dinner plate work well. The sensor heat is better than manually entering times because it seems to heat a bit more evenly and slowly so that the food is steaming hot. But it only works for a narrow set of cases. - Like other LG products, the microwave plays a tune at the end of the cycle. Muting the beeps and tunes is not explained in the manual. To mute it, you need to press Stop and Clock buttons together and hold for 3 seconds. - The wifi functionality is not that useful. It can send a phone notification when cooking is done, if that is useful to you.

Easy installation. Sleek design, well worth the money. Enjoy using it, thank you Best Buy for the availability and easy purchase.

This is a very nice microwave. It is well designed, has a nice look and function very well. The only problem is that it is very loud. The exhaust fan works all the time when the microwave is on. I called LG and they said you can't turn the exhaust fan off. I don't know if I can still return it or not. I like it, but with a very noisy price. I don't know if all microwaves only work with the exhaust fan on or not.

This microwave is so nice. It evens releases a nice melody when the timer is up. Very sleek design and very spacious

I love my new microwave. It was so easy to install, my 13yr old daughter helped me and it’s solid!! It’s so spacious and I love the dark interior which hides messes until cleanup! You have to get it!

The specs for this microwave are not correct. It's advertised as having a 1.8 cu ft capacity, but it's noticeably smaller than our previous 1.8 cu ft Frigidaire microwave. So I measured the internal dimensions which are 9.25x19.5x13.75". This equals 1.44 cu ft, significantly less than the 1.8 cu ft it is supposed to be. The interior height is almost a couple of inches shorter than our old microwave. (Our old microwave was 1.76 cu ft when I measured and calculated it.) We've only had the microwave for a few days, and generally like it so far, but we're disappointed by the gross misrepresentation of its cooking capacity.

WE replaced our other LG microwave. The digital board died and couldn't be replaced. Pretty close to the same features and size as the one from 2016. Right now it's working great.

This item is beautiful. The black tinted door is so much better than a normal microwave. Everything works great and looks good. Definitely worth the money.

So far so good. Bought this microwave to replace a broken one. I like the modem look and the pleasant chime it plays when it's done.

We needed a replacement as the door handle of one installed three years ago came off. I have extended Best Buy warranty which came in handy. The replacement was done free of cost. The new unit so far looks good and makes less noise than the one before.

Had to replace an older microwave and this one is very nice, a few more options than the other one. Works great
