    The installer was great. He ran into a few problems that he fixed quickly and efficiently. The store messed up the order which caused a 1-week delay but that was okay. Would buy from Best Buy again.

    This microwave is very nice, feels premium, i do with the number operated like a traditional microwave and i didnt have to press cook time to enter specific times.

    Excellent to our new kitchen. Easy to use and does a great job. Another LG appliance in our house because the other two (washer & dryer) have been doing a great job for a number of years. I highly endorse LG appliances.

    The specifications say it takes up <30" width. That is true but when opening the door it is over 30". I installed it next to a cabinet (on the left) that protrudes out to hold a double oven and the door would not open. Since it is out of box and installed no way to return it. Not to mention the holes I had to put in the upper cabinet that are now there. You need much better specs online. And yes this is doable as this was replacing a GE microwave that failed after only 4 years ($900 to fix it) so thought I would go LG (life's good) which turns out to be MLF (makes life frustrating)
