Excellent product, but it's a large heavier AC and has to be shipped to your store or home because it's not stocked. Week long wait and no care is given during the shipping process. Received with two dents . Installed, great product.

At the house have air and central heat. Decided to get this ac unit from LG. Energy efficient and very quiet. Best AC window unit. The app Thinq app works awesome. You can use iPhone as the remote. Also the app tells you when to clean filter. Can run diagnostics. Tells how much energy and how much it will cost on your energy bill. It is March leaving it on save energy and it is costing me less than $.40 a day right now. This unit is quiet. Been buying appliances from Best Buy. Great prices. Great warranties.

Absolutely great AC. So efficient - it can easily cool a space that requires 15K BTU. Very quiet, and doesn’t blow our fuses. Energy saver works very well. Nice remote.

This A/C unit has worked wonders for me. I live in a hot area of the United States and this A/C is easy to clean and provides amazing cold air on hot days. I enjoy the LG app as well since it reminds me when to clean the filter. The only downside I can think of is that it's heavy to install but other than that its an amazing product!

Hottest summer in a long time and my electric bill went down! We were very comfortable and never got the afternoon heatwave like with our previous A/C's. This one is also very quiet and you could almost never hear it but you could definitely feel it. Fits great in our window and is very secure with the housing it comes with. So glad we upgraded to this A/C.

I bought to cool a room that is about 600sq ft and always hottest room when whole-house AC is on. I installed this on a horizontal sliding window on a second floor, and had to buy a window AC support bracket which no longer is being sold from Best Buy. In term of use, this AC do the job well to cool and maintain temperature and quietness. Remote control is good and controlling and programming from the app is great. The only thing that can be improved is extend its temperature sensor or pair with a wireless. The temperature reading from the unit is 4-6 degrees cooler than the actual room temperature, which I presume it's because it's right on the AC unit!

Really like it, cools like a breeze. The wifi disconnects at times when unstable but the AC works really well otherwise with voice control and the ThinQ app.

This LG is the best. It connects to the internet and I turn it on via the app. when I'm 30 minutes from home. Save electricity ALL day and still come home to a cool and comfortable home.

Great Unit. The GE unit I replaced was a joke compared to this one. It's fan settings go to low and very quiet. If you need it to go to high it works well there at that setting too.
