It is still in the box - After all the hassle, I certainly hope it works well. So far, this has not been a good experience.

Not worth the hassle. Error code in a years time

Error code CH21 is showing on the panel. I've contacted LG as well as Geek Squad. LG says 1 year warranty and Best Buy would like for me to bring the unit in store. I thought someone would come out and see about the unit. I now have to take this unit out of my window to have it fixed. I then have to rent a truck. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
