This is a nice air conditioner unit. It certainly cools our room down...we can also use it to house penguins :).

Not worth the money too loud and not cooling enoug

Not worth the money loud and didn’t cool as well as a regular window unit. We ended up putting a window unit in as the side vents worked fine in our wall and was a lot less expensive so much so that I was able to buy another unit for another room.

Was working Now Code Flashing Fan Motor Out!!!!

My unit is now flashing code CH-10 ...It's 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE!!!! I am so upset & disappointed as the unit worked fine for the last couple of summers. I only had it for 3 years.

so disappointed in the quality , performance and customer service for this unit
did not cool, can only use an LG tech- and there are few

I couldn't find anyone to install this air conditioner

I haven't received it yet, but the description on Bestbuy.com is woefully incorrect. It DOES have a remote, and certainly outputs more than 4 cubic feet per second. I'm concerned about getting it into the slot in my wall. Is there a way for Best Buy to help; me lift it up into the slot? I see no installation assistance.
