Not because it wasn't great, but it was HUGE! Like I could fit my whole arm inside of it and still have room. So we had to get the size down from this one, but same model, it's amazing! If you buy it, make sure you have counter space!

These ones last us 5 years and function perfectly besides the opening button. Can't imagine anyone can engineer a button that is responsible for a million door slams without busting after 5-7 years.

I’ve removed everything, cleaned thoroughly to ensure there was no food or residue where the turning components are and nothing. Still makes that nerve racking sound. If I could get the strange sound issue resolved I could update the rating.

Please ensure the turntable ring and glass tray are properly aligned on the center shaft, as even a slight misalignment can cause noise.

It is on the larger size so make sure you have enough space for it. No issues whatsoever after 1 year of usage.
