Sleek design with a larger inside capacity than our previous Samsung in the same space. Has a large number of preset options hidden inside the door and work great.

So far I'm loving it! Looks great, works great, couldn't be happier! I accidentally left the damper out when I installed it but not really sure it would have fit to begin with and hasn't been an issue. I will say fingerprint resistant is a joke but it cleans up easy. I was concerned it's a little less powerful than the older unit it replaced but it cooks quicker, must be more efficient. This was an over the range replacement. Vent works great! Love that there are 2 intakes, one on each side So far, no complaints, I would highly recommend

So far this microwave has been great and easy to use. It was ready for pickup when it was supposed to be and everything has been as advertised so far.

Very nice looking, works well. I love the sensor cooking options. The vents are much better than previous microwave. It heats quite quickly. Still trying to use the Wi-Fi features. The door being longer than most style microwaves took time to adjust to.

This is my first LG appliance and I am very happy with my decision to purchase it. I usually put the sound on my microwave on mute but I haven’t done that with this one. I actually enjoy the new sound that LG has put on this microwave. It is easy to use and has all the features that I needed. The fan has four different settings to choose from. The light that is for seeing your stove top is the perfect amount of light but I have noticed that the light gets very hot. If I need the light for an extended amount of time I use the fan on the lowest setting and that seems to help. Overall I would definitely recommend this microwave.

We LOVE our new microwave!!! Very easy to install, very easy to operate. Heats everything evenly and well. I did a lot of comparison shopping and this was a very good deal. Love the smart features. I very much appreciate the finish that does not show every fingerprint, easy to clean. Very good design and aesthetic. Looks great in our kitchen!

I'm happy with this microwave but there are 2 really annoying things about it that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. One is the really annoying sound (call it a tune) it makes when the microwave stops. You cant change the tune. You want to get to it before it stops, so you dont have to listen to the tune yet one more time. The second thing is that while it looks really slick to have the controls on the glass, they are very dark and hard to see unless the room is lit fairly well. I dont have vision problems. Its just much, much darker in a kitchen than it was in the show room at BB. There is not a backlight option that I can find. Not on the machine and not when using WiFi. If I had it to over, I would have stuck with Maytag, which was slightly less stylish, a little bulkier and with a more clunky door opening/closing action, but better because of the lack of these two annoying issues. The LG looks good though !

Had an older LG microwave above the range, (probably about 15 years old). The glass became loose on the outside of the door, and the door switch would not engage fully due to the integrity of the door being compromised. We bought the new LG since it had the same exact dimensions as the old one, so our thoughts were mounting it would be a breeze... Well, not so much, apparently LG changed some of their mounting positions, so it ended up being more of a hassle than mounting a new microwave due to bolts spaced the same width but not the same depth. Probably our fault for not checking into it first, but why change the mounts for the exact size microwave?? Otherwise- we like the microwave and there have been no issues
