Arrived so damaged it was unusable!

It's also beautiful, and much quieter than my old unit. The installation team was terrific - they worked quickly and efficiently, made sure the unit worked correctly, and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

He assessed our needs and chose this beautiful microwave for us after we gave the criteria to him. This microwave is sleek, easy to use, and has a ton of features. The highlight was the service we got from visiting the store! We have not had that ease of purchase or someone servicing us that was that knowledgeable in a long time!
