    It is a really great refrigerator. Love the ice maker is in the inside door of the freezer

    After 2 days of usage, the entire refrigerator went out. When I contacted LG, they gave me a timeframe that didn’t exit with the company. I ended up having to reschedule and was offered a new timeframe 2 weeks later. I spoke to a manager and was able to get a more appropriate date. I’m crossing my fingers that they show up.

    We find this a noisy product. We were limited in available product due to the space the unit had to fit. The ice from the iced maker is too small.

    We bought this refrigerator 3 years ago this month... Well not only does the black color come off, the compressor also died even though performing a diagnostic through the app shows no issues with the refrigerator. Loved throwing away a freezer & fridges worth full of food. Repair estimates have been almost the cost of the entire fridge was to start with, so will more than likely buy a new different brand. I loved it when it worked... Just expected it to last longer than 3 years.

    I have had this fridge just over a year now. This thing runs great, very quiet, keeps a great temperature. I was worried and the door boxes being warmer, but they stay just as cold. I did the black stainless steel and I’m very happy with it over regular SS. It does compliment my other SS Appliances. I would buy again.
