    Don’t buy it it’s huge and has no American plug it’s EU PLUG and it’s really not worth the hassle of getting being disappointed and hauling this thing to an ups to return it. I would not recommend it honestly just get a different one

    Did not show proper wiring needed to operate. Has been a terrible experience all the way around. Bestbuy now pawns off their deliveries and call center to other companies that clearly do not care about customer service.

    This was the worst experience i had with any retail store. I would give 0 stars if i could. I purchased this unit online it was supposed to arrive in 5 days, then when the day came i got a notification saying my package will be delayed, so i contacted the support and they said it will arrive in 72 hours but nothing came. I contacted them again and they said they will send me the replacement and it will be delivered in 10 days, so i waited again and today after almsot 20 days from the original purchase, i got a notification saying they are returning my unit to the sender. This is ridiculous service. I would never purchase anything from bestbuy again, and i will recommend every body else in my family not to.

    Right now giving it a 1 as I ordered this 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be here last week and it still hasnt shipped. Already have started making a payment on the balance.

    Great AC Unit! Very quiet, leading edge technology

    For those indicating and returning because of plug style, read specs first. Clearly states in Specs and even has picture of plug & electrical requirments. So stop being a lazy victim and READ SPECS!! Requires 220 to 240 Volts. Hard to find in stock, it is heavy but AC mechanicals slide right out of the metal sleeve. So easy install and slide in. Not usually a fan of LG but looks like they must have bought or merged with Freidric which makes very nice reliable AC units. Would buy again!! In fact have a 2nd one on the way. The next best thing if you can not do a mini split system. Renewed faith in LG.

    I purchased this AC About two years ago . It worked great at first . But it broke down twice already .The first time warranty took care of it a month later . Now 6 month's later its down agian . .
