The purchase and installation experience was fast, friendly and efficient. We’ve had great luck with the LG appliances we have purchased through Best Buy.

My 20 year old Whirlpool did a better job of cleaning dishes. The only positive with this replacement is it is much quieter running. Would not recommend.

The only problem was that it didn’t dry well until putting jet dry with it. It also was shorter than the previous machine so there is a gap and hard to anchor down.

It’s not only attractive, but very functional. The dishes, silverware, and glasses come out sparkling clean and dry. The machine is easy to use with well defined controls.
