The person who was supposed to install it did not have the right hoses, wanted to make us responsible, and did not speak English, and all was extremely difficult. Then, too, it was shockingly difficult to contact customer service or get a callback. The upshot is that we valued our peace of mind and cancelled the purchase.

For this model, one helpful step is to check the spray arms to ensure they are free of debris and can rotate fully. Blocked spray holes or restricted movement can prevent water from reaching the inside of cups and bowls. For drying, make sure you are using rinse aid, as this significantly improves drying performance by reducing water spots and moisture.
