We bought a dishwasher and he was able to answer any questions and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I must say, get the membership to best buy if you buy any appliances, with it. The install kit, delivery, install and removal of the old was free. Will be buying all the house things there from now on.

Two weeks in it started making error codes and shutting off but win Best Buy’s protection plan they will come out and try to fix it or replace it for free. It looks great and is real stainless steel really shiny and resists fingerprints. I got a great deal as well and 12 months to pay it off interest free.

Same thing is broken. Stay away from this product. Probably my last Lg product purchase.

Additionally, ensure the inlet water valve is not clogged and that the dishwasher is draining properly—blockages can lead to operational failures that appear similar.

The display that indicates the time was damaged from day one. Unfortunately i thought that it was normal until i saw the same dishwasher at an airbnb.

We like the separate utensil tray and additional utensil basket if need be. It paired easily with the LG smart app and we were able to download additional cycles. Highly recommend this dishwasher.

I set up on Extra dry for 3 hours and 11 min, and still water is dripping all over the dishes. I just replace my 20 years GE dishwasher which it dries and wash perfectly, expecting much better service on this one, and I am little disappointed.

It has all the needed features including night dry. We use it in the turbo mode, night dry, high temp. You have the ability to select lower zone only or dual zone for lower and upper washing zones. We like it so far.
