Capacity is good, and with a little bit of rinsing aid, performance is great. This washer is quieter than our previous one, and seems to be far more efficient with cleaning. It does a better job of getting junk off the plate as well. Cleaning time however is a bit long. 2 to 3 hours? Maybe this is for energy efficiency? But that doesn’t make sense. Install installation process was a breeze and we are pleased with our purchase. We have owned this product for about six months and the only thing I can say is that rinsing aid is very important. I heard that there are some issues with leaking depending on the unit but our unit is fine and we have had no issues with leaking.

Washes very well on all settings that we have used so far. Drying function is above average. Smaller bottom section than we have had in the past but nothing to complain about. Third rack at the top is very convenient. Washer runs extremely quiet.

I replaced a 20 year old machine, so anyhing would be an improvement, but i was very impressed. I had to really wait ans try to figure out whether it was even on the first time i turned it on becuase it was so quiet. Dishes come out perfectly clean and dry, the night dry feauture is great.

So far it's been working great. I think it dries better than my last LG dishwasher. The motor is quiet and i do like where they changed the controls, putting them were you can see it. I hope this one last longer than my 2018 purchase. I barely used it.

For the most part I am satisfied with this dishwasher. I feel that I got a pretty good deal on it and it does what I needed to do.

The dishwasher works great!! Big buttons on display, enough room to put big pans at the bottom, quiet when its running. Once the cycle is finished, it has the same LG ring to it that all the LG appliances have.

Is a pretty good dishwasher. But i wish would dry more the dishes and also not take so much time doing it. But it works.

I wasn’t very happy at first. You received a wish that couldn’t properly dry your dishes completely. I phoned Best Buy Geek Squad for help and I’m told my warranty expired with them and I would need to call the manufacturer. I asked when did my warranty expire I’ve had the dryer for 8 days. She couldn’t tell me. I finally gave up with rep with Best Buy and called LG. Super nice rep and listened to my concern. Rep tells me you need to use liquid washing and the liquid rinse and I will guarantee this will work. First thing out my mouth was you guarantee this will work! Yep I do. I got off the phone went to the store about everything liquid as she suggested. Two hours late I had completely dried sparkling dishes. Thank you LG for your awesome support and customer service!

Wanted a unit that had a delicate/fine china cycle. Used the cycle for Christmas day dishes and was very satisfied with clean results. Like that it shows time length for different settings.

Love this dishwasher! Previous dishwasher always left residue no matter how much rinsing of dishes we did before loading. So far, we haven’t needed to prerinse dishes. One note is the long cleaning time for a normal wash (2.5 hours) so just need to plan accordingly.

I normally don’t post reviews but our experience was such an improvement since the last time we ordered appliances from Best Buy that I felt I needed to share. From start to finish the experience was great. Annette from the Warwick Best Buy was fantastic in helping us find appliances that would work for us and ensuring they got to us as quickly as they could. Our delivery experience for both the dishwasher and refrigerator was also much improved as the appliances arrived undamaged and the technicians were able to answer any questions we had upon delivery. The product itself is also great. It has a lot of helpful setting so you can conform the cycle around your schedule and not the other way around. It is much quieter than our old dishwasher and we have noticed a marked improvement in the cleanliness of the dishes themselves. The added third rack for silverware is a really handy addition as it is kitchen drawer height so you don’t need to bend down to unload your spoons and knives. I didn’t think much of the third drawer but I’m very glad to have it now, it’s a nice quality of life upgrade. I installed the dishwasher myself which was also very easy. The water, electrical and height adjustments are all at the front of the unit for easy access. The ability to adjust the back legs without having to take the dishwasher out of the space was much appreciated. Overall, we are very happy both with the service we received from Best Buy and with the product itself.

Turbo Wash is Excellent, Dryer is horrible; Wish it was better quality, for the money

Cleans very well and really quiet! It’s quiet relative to our previous 15 year GE model. I do like the top shelf (3rd) shelf for utensils and stuff like small bowls even Vertuo coffee pods (reusable). The different settings/Cycles were a bit confusing at first. I wasn’t exactly sure on which settings worked best for a standard load of dishes. The buttons are a little hard to read but once you learn them it sorta doesn’t matter. Now I did encounter trouble placing dishes correctly you do need to read the manual for this because the shelves will get hung up on the dishes below it (annoying). Called customer support because my open box purchase was missing the “kick” plate that covers the bottom of the unit so that you don’t see any of the hoses and wires. I had to call twice because replacement item was not shipped yet and received an email from two different people asking questions. I just need the item replaced please. Overall I’m satisfied with the performance and would recommend

I’ve been using this LG dishwasher for about a month and I’m very happy with it. It runs extremely quiet (48 dBA is no exaggeration) and the third rack is super convenient for utensils and small items. The QuadWash feature cleans everything thoroughly, even after big dinners, and the PrintProof finish really does resist fingerprints. Cycles can be a bit long, but that’s normal for modern energy-efficient dishwashers. Overall, an excellent choice for the price.

The service was outstanding but keeps me updated on their travels times. I have a problem with the dishwasher was leaking they was back the next to check out the dishwasher and what the problem was. They it’s leaking and replacing and the week a new dishwasher was installed and no issues with it. Outstanding customer service and with installation also.

I bought the machine for my son and his wife. My son and I went shopping for a new dishwasher and looked at several, but knowing the Thquality of LG we bought this one, real nice quiet machine, but was surprised when it was installed to find out we had to pay $150 for a water reduction device, which is not required by local NH codes.

Performs really well, cleans all dishes without water spots and easy to install. The only negative I've found is how loud it can be. Both the washing cycle and tune it plays when starting or opening it mid-cycle can be a bit frustrating as it can be heard across the house.

Perfect fit for my house very good for it’s working best buy is perfect simple they come in they do it in 10 minutes so good loved how cheap it was for taking away my old dishwasher! I would recommend this dishwasher especially since how it cleans my dishes!! and the quality is so good for its price love the price is most reliable and reasonable price for this quality!!!!.

Item was not as described, the front controls panel has no LG logo, the top door panel has no Direct drive logo, the front time display is not clear you need to look at from a distance to be able to read it. In general the machine functions as described quiet and good cleaning quality.
