This dishwasher was a replacement for a Bosch dishwasher that was originally purchased but would not fit due to a height clearance problem. The LG is quiet, cleans beautifully but the spacing of the dish separators is strange and inefficient. It's like some of the prong separators are missing and you can't use all the capacity.

I love the third rack in this unit. Everything is adjustable and the most quiet dishwasher I have ever owned. Oh and bonus it cleans the dishes.

I have had this dishwasher for a few weeks now. I upgraded to this model at the last second due to the lower db sound rating. Great choice. You can barely hear it when it is running. As silly as it sounds you do need to read the instruction manual with all the options it has to offer. I lone the third rack. It allows for larger utensils to be laid down for cleaning.

We had a highly rated and expensive Kitchen Aid dishwasher that only lasted 2 years. We came back to LG and have not been disappointed. There's more space than we have dishes. We've had no problem with dishes falling over or the bottom rack sliding off. The third rack is great for long utensils. It's quiet as can be. If it lasts, it will be a great purchase.

There is no way to let it air dry it is always heat dry, we had it installed and after 2 days it stopped working. I had a feeling they did not connect the wiring with enough contact connection so I rewired it and it worked just fine. We love the top drawer area for silverware. Other then that the dishes come out very clean and it is very quiet as well.

Not the easiest to load but moderately quiet. Just ok... There are quieter Units out there (Bosch) and easier to load (tall tub, Whirlpool, et al). This is a decent Unit but try to obtain on Holiday/Discount/better pricing... Remember, when you think LG you don't first think dishwashers...

I can't say enough good things about this dishwasher. Quiet, cleans well, stylish, and big enough for a lot of dishes.

Quiet, cleans well, quick cycles, easy to operate and install

This dishwasher replaces a very old kitchen aid. I can't believe how quiet this one is! The three racks help with space. I'm getting use to putting the silver wear on the top rack. The plastic flaps and pieces to move around the spikes on the racks seem very cheep love the idea of changing these but think if you do it very much you will end up with just a useless flat tray.

This unit performs in every way I expected. Washing, quiet, capacity, energy and it looks great in my kitchen.

Our last dishwasher (a Maytag) didn't make it to it's three year anniversary. So when we had to replace it we looked for a quality unit. Of all the dishwashers we looked at in our price range, it was clear that this LG unit was designed and built better than all of the others. And after 30 days of use I can attest that it is a quality machine. It does a very good job in cleaning the dishes and it is very quiet. Highly recommended.

Unit is energy efficient and doesnt run as fast as units that are not energy star. Keep in mind the average cycle is 2-3 hours. Others have mentioned the racks get off the rails often, this is true if u pull the racks out from the side as opposed to the middle of the rack end. The main reason for this is because of the adjustable racks. Also if you load on the left side the steam comes out strong and can clean tougher dishes. This dishwasher does an excellent job in cleaning dishes. It is quiet and the dishes come out very clean and shiny with no spots. I love this dishwasher so much and the salesperson gave the qualities which all were just the way the dishwasher was. I'd recommend it to everyone I see and I'd recommend the extended warranty as well. It is pretty, too.

Dishwasher does a great job - gets dishes clean, is quiet and has a large capacity.

Very pleased so far. The dishwasher is very quiet and seems to do a good job on everything with the Normal cycle. Definitely does better with the use of a rinse aid in the dispenser. Still learning how to load it and adjust all the many options for the racks and their height settings. The installer advised not using the Auto cycle if one rinses dishes much before putting them in the dishwasher.

Our old dishwasher crapped out on us right after Thanksgiving. So of course we had to get a new one and luckily Black Friday deals were going on. After doing a lot of research, I opted to go with this one rather than a Bosch. 1st off, the 3rd rack is very useful. We use it to clean our sharp knives as well as lids for containers and other odd small items. The middle rack is adjustable which really helps out if you have it fully loaded or something is tall. The bottom rack has many options to lower the tines so you can lay a large pot down flat to make room. The silverware holder is really unique. There are slots on the top so it keeps your spoons, forks and knives from leaning into each other preventing them from getting cleaned. With the slots, they have enough space to not get stuck together. The only downfall with the silverware holder is that it cannot hook to the rack to keep it from moving. The best part of this dishwasher is out silent it is. We have an open kitchen which is right up against the living room. We can wash the dishes and never know it was running. Great LED indicator lights which are really bright let you know that it is in operation and you can change the setting so it lights up green when clean. The buttons are on top so they become hidden when closed (no accidental operations). Great product and I felt it had better features than the Bosch.

People can’t hear that’s is working, I though for the first couple of tries it was not working because it was so quiet. This unit comes with 3 shelves so that makes it easier to really fill it up. Only confusing part is how to wash but let it air dry instead.

Quiet, dishes come out without spots, like the upper silverware tray, easy to load

Overall very nice dishwasher. Very quiet and does a nice job washing and drying. My only complaint is how the dishes stack inside. The plates seem to always fall over on the bottom rack as apposed to standing up relatively straight. They do however come clean .
