Great product horrible install

Prob won't buy anything from best buy that would need installation done. Now I know why the install was free.

Probably would not purchase again

Our tall glasses easily tip over on the top rack and they are not getting as clean as I would like. On the bottom rack, if tall plates are lined up and then touched lightly,they all lean over and you must re-position them. These features are very annoying.
