Finally have a great dishwasher. Cleans amazingly well. Great quality. Great service. The staff was very knowledgeable and rhat gave me confidence in my buy.

Beautiful dish washer with all the bells and whistles. Does a great job on drying which is always a big issue with dishwashers. Dishes and glasses all dry spotless. Best Buy was great and did a great job on delivery.

First one we received, the middle rack bearings fell out after 3 days. Best Buy replaced it and a week later the door would t close right because the middle rack gets stuck and won’t go in all the way, causing condensation leaking at the top. Best Buy is going to replace it again but with a different model.

I LOVE this dishwasher! I have a large family and holidays create lots of dirty dishes. This dishwasher’s adjustable racks with fold-down tines allow many different configurations to maximize space for everything. The in-door steam feature provides an additional boost for cleaning dried on food along with sanitizing if needed. After almost a month of use, all dishes come out sparkling clean every time! Plus, all cycles are super quiet. Best dishwasher I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this appliance if you cook every day for lots of people.

The dishwasher was installed incredibly quick, looks fantastic & runs so well. all the different washing features, as well as all the fun music options you can choose on cycle end are fun!

Avoid this dishwasher!! I've only had it for six weeks and had to have it serviced already. The middle drawer was replaced... still doesn't work. It says it can sanitize, but so far the light has never come on. Repairman said it's because the water isn't hot enough from the hot water tank to sanitize. This makes no sense. We bought it for the sanitize feature because we have a new baby in the family and wanted to use that specific feature for baby bottles. Doesn't dry the bottom of coffee cups or bowls, even when using the night dry feature. Makes very loud noise when water enters the washer. Repairman said that's normal. Water gets trapped under the door during washing and doesn't dry. I'm afraid this will cause rusting. I am seriously considering returning it to store. Very disappointed in this product.

This dishwasher is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever had. You have to put your ear up to it to make sure it’s running. I would buy this 10 more times if I needed to.

It is a very nice dishwasher and has a led light to make the dishes appear nicely cleaned. That is about it for the pros. The issue is that this is designed for those who use a 10-piece dining set. It is not for the families ... those that use 6 water bottles or who use a lot of bowls and cups in a week or use glass food storage or bakers who need more space. The problem is that the pings are not meant for water bottles or they are poorly chosen based on the space. I thought i would like the top tray, but i have to use the silverware tote anyways because the top tray does not allow for stirring spoons, ladles, spatulas, etc. I also need it for the water bottle straws. So, the top tray has little purpose. I thought buying a new dishwasher also meant savings, but this runs longer than my previous 2002 dishwasher. I also have to run it more often because it does not hold as much. The auto setting is 2 hrs 34 minutes. The normal is 2:25. Why bother having basically the same settings if the auto is not going to save you significantly more time and water. Lastly, I'm not sure if this is a me issue only, but the bottom tray does not stay out when loading. It rolls back in. The installers did a good job, but I had to adjust the bottom, and that did not help. It is my wifes biggest issue with the dishwasher.

Works great. Love the adjustable bottom rack and how easy the racks slide.

The second rack roll is very weak and unstable. sometimes it got stuck and I can't even close the door

So far, we are very happy with our new dishwasher. We love that it has a 3rd rack on top. And it is pretty quiet when it runs.

Love the ability to download features and custom cycles through the LG App.

So far so good. Only install issue I had was the sound dampening on the bottom. Not much to compare with for my experience but seems to clean and dry well. Lights are more useful than I thought.

The Dishwasher has been great once I was able to get it working. It is important that you or the installers thoroughly test the equipment prior to them leaving. I hired and paid for the installation. I had to completely reinstall the dishwasher due to an easy pinched intake hose that was causing an error code. Overall, the dishwasher has been great. Considering I was using a dishwasher from the 1980s named a “Potscrubber 980”. This is a gigantic leap forward.

Does the job cleans and dries great and I love that the racjs are adjustable

After research, this was a very wise purchase and I am very satisfied.
