Our Bottom Freezer Fridge is excellent and of good quality & has a very stable cooling factor. Good choice for our family. Best Buy was very helpful and the Reps at the store are excellent. We like coming in and asked if we needed help. I like when you approached us and then placed us on a list. Some may not like the waiting. That is a very good strategy. Other similar appliance places do not apply that idea. Ice maker is excellent. In the future, we are planning on purchasing other appliances. Thank you for your help. :) LW

Very nice fridge so far. Very spacious. Some of the plastic dividers seem a little fragile, But if you're careful and not rough, I'm sure it'll last. I'm a week into owning this fridge. I opted for a simple fridge and more one with all the fancy things because after some research, I heard a lot of repair technicians online say the ones with all the fancy features often make the most expensive to repair. I also looked this model up on consumer reports, and it had the highest rating out of most of the ones I looked at in the 33" width size.

This is the first Bottom-Freezer Frig I have ever owned. I really love the bottom freezer! I especially like the fact that I can now pull out the freezer drawer and immediately see & find what I am looking for. However, the refrigerator it's self, though it has good points, i.e., the cheese/meat drawer & nice sized veg/fruit bins & adjustable glass shelves. The door shelves are not adjustable so that my milk and juice, that we have always had on the door, will only fit on the upper shelf of the frig, which makes it difficult as I am short & have mobility issues. The kids, because of height, have trouble reaching items on the top shelf. We tried adjusting shelves so that large items on the bottom & small on the top, but then the small items disappeared to the back of top shelf & couldn't be reached, without a step stool; so still playing with perfect shelf adjustments!

Excellent refrigerator/freezer that keeps the cold well and has plenty of storage space.

We love the size of this refrigerator. We purchased for our kitchen, and needed the previous fridge moved to the basement. Our delivery guys did this without a problem. We didn’t hook up the ice maker, but everything works great.

It's big enough for my use, I like the ice maker, even though I have to open up freezer to get ice, and the side space on the door of refrigerator are deep and big enough to hold gallon containers that are easy to get to.

This is an outstanding product as identified in a leader consumer magazine. It looks great and the interior of both the refrigerator and bottom freezer are amazingly cavernous. The LED light provides perfect illumination. We couldn't be any happier.

Love this fridge!! Plenty of space and ice maker seems simple like it won’t break in 2 years. Looks good in kitchen. It’s big so make sure you measure correctly, we had to send the 1st one back.

Love the stainless lower freezer. This is a ice making machine. I’m not gonna lie, it takes up some room room in the freezer. But f you and your fam love ice, pick this up.

This refrigerator is wonderful. Works so far as described. Easy to keep outside clean. Much quieter than our Whirlpool French door refrigerator we have had for 4 years. Happy with purchase.

We love it! It has plenty more space than our old one and its design looks so clean. The freezer being on the bottom is new to me but I love it because now I don't have to bend over to grab my Gogurts haha. So much room. Thanks fridge!

Works great! There is so much room in this refrigerator, as I am a cook and a baker. I don't know why I waited so long to buy a bottom freezer refrigerator. My spouse and I are VERY satisfied with our LG, and the price couldn't be beat either!

We really love this refrigerator. So much more room then our older fridge. This one was just 2 inches wider then our old one. Makes a big difference. LG products rated very high according to Consumer Reports!

The LG 26 cu Refrigerator looks beautiful and is very functional. It has a large refrigeration area as well as a very large freezer space. I love having the freezer on the bottom with the refrigerator space up top for more frequent use.

We recently had our second refrigerator that we used as a overflow freezer space and cold drink storage finally give out after many years. It was a French door bottom freezer combination. We have found having this single door upper and bottom drawer style so much easier to use when loading cases of water especially. The freezer works very well to keep our food products frozen and the upper refrigerator, even when filled capacity, keeps everything cold and at a consistent temperature. We love the open door alarm, too. We were not originally looking for this brand, but with COVID-19 delays in restocking of refrigerators at all the stores, we went looking for a refrigerator that would meet our needs and was in stock. We are so happy we found this one and that it works so much better than the previous one.
