We think our refrigerator is great, lots of room and you can see everything you have in there.

I gave an average rating because the first refrigerator that was delivered was deemed defective by LG (usable for a short period of time but would end up having problems in the long run so I was advised to return it) so Best Buy had to order another one. When the second one arrived it was cosmetically damaged on the inside and outside, the entire front of the refrigerator has hundreds of scratches on it and it makes terrible noises almost constantly (even the first one was never this loud). So now I am still waiting to receive a replacement for this one. Third times a charm right? Other than the issues I've dealt with so far the refrigerator is very spacious and I do like the layout of the refrigerator and freezer.

The refrigerator arrived in perfect condition, no marks on it whatsoever. Fits perfectly in my kitchen and the finish is just beautiful. There's much more room that I thought I'd have.

I hated bending over to get my veggies out. I can see everything in my refrigerator standing up Its roomy and I love the door shelves.The freezer is also easy to see everything and holds a lot more than the top freezer. I love it!

Lots of space inside. No frills that will end up breaking down the line. Ice maker makes nice size cubes. Minimal features which I prefer. Lots of space in the freezer. As long as it works it is a great buy.

Love this fridge. We really needed a new one and went into looking at fridges with something different then we previously owned, which was a bottom freezer. This 25 cubic ft beauty won us over. Fridge part is endless. Freezer may not be the biggest on the market but its deep and has a sliding tray for compact use for ice etc. They also hauled off an old dryer upon delivery. Overall an excellent experience.

Love the layout of the freezer. Keep forgetting about the top drawer!! So quiet compared to our old!!! Easy to move for cleaning and suction on fridge door is great.

I updated my refrigerator 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. After much research I chose the bottom freezer version and it’s very functional. The ice maker is so hand (although I wish it came with a scoop). LG does not disappoint!

So far so good. 1st fridge in 12 years; the quality has declined, generally. Best Buy peeps were great though.

This appears to be a nice fridge. I hope it lasts. It has plenty of room inside. reversing the door was fairly straightforward - took about half an hour taking my time to make sure everything was installed correctly

Very nice refrigerator. Very happy with all the storage and the bottom freezer compartment. Installation was smooth and quick. The installers were very professional and personal. Very pleased.

Love this fridge. The only thing better might be the Best Buy team that delivered it. Ideal size and features!

Absolutely best refrigerator I have ever bought. Lots of room and works flawlessly. Would highly recommend especially if you have limited space.

It's exactly what i was looking for. Pleanty of space. Freezer on the bottom. I can also put my grandkids pictures on it that magnet.

My wife and I love our new LG Refrigerator. Lots of room and easy to get to items inside for both the refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of ice now too.

Love it! Lots of room. Not as many options for shelving as my old (20yrs) LG. It still works, just needed a larger one.

I love this fridge. Lots of space and storage. Keeps everything nice and cold.

Combination meets all our expectations. I have only one minor complaint: The magnetic door seal is very difficult for children or weak adults to crack. This is especially true when opening first thing in the morning.

The refrigerator itself is nice and spacious. It looks ok, nothing fancy. It is so loud. There is a constant low humming that we can here from everywhere downstairs. Sometimes when I have the door open the humming will make bottles rattle. Seems like it’s running 80-85% of the time. Called LG out to look and they said that is just how it sounds. If returning a refrigerator wasn’t a complete nightmare I would do it.

I wanted a rigid and simple refrigerator, and this is the one. It does not have the ice maker unit inside of fridge, so I got more space.
