All frost in freezer, they couldn't figure out why and could not fix. Sent a new one. Now, a couple years later doing to the same thing. Obviously an engineering design flaw. I had a similar Samsung for 18 years ran like a champ. Got a new one because I figured it was time. Could only get LG similar. UGH Don't waste your money!!!!!

They never gave us the 2 hour window in which they would come, The installer messed up the valve to install the water line. He also CUT the cord of our old frig that we were moving to the basement for further use. I strongly suggest you review your delivery people. They are useless and destroyed a perfect old frig.
