    We have had it only a couple of days, and are pleased. We stopped at Best Buy today to pick up a connection hose to hook up the water, due to the fact that one wasn't sent along with the delivery people. The two delivery people were very helpful.

    Door makes a clunking sound. I will TRY to see if I can get LG to come look at it because if you don’t get the Geek Squad plan, you need to call LG ... good luck. Everyone is in the Phillipines and you can barely understand them.. Not what I expected from a brand name , brand new refrigerator!!
