    Refrigerator is great! However, I didn't realize Best Buy does not deliver in my area. They instead use a third party delivery service. It was a horrible experience! They didn't read their instructions, damaged my back door and made me jump through a lot of hoops to MAYBE get my door fixed. Still waiting on the third party insurance agency.

    Initial response is very positive, as the fridge and freezer are designed for exceptional ease of use. We needed to reverse the door so it opened on the opposite side, not a welcome task, so be sure you order the correct orientation for your purposes. Our primary concern is longevity of product, which we will not know for some time yet--we've had in service about one month.
