2 years to the day after purchase the compressor failed. Have the BB service plan but they outsourced repairs to LG. Also, the glass shelves span the entire width of the refrigerator but aren't thick enough and bow downward in the middle under the weight of items placed on them.

DO NOT BUY!! Apparently this refrigerator has a problem with faulty compressers...also found out lg pays for positive reviews! We thought we were buying quality but definitely did not receive it. It took over a week for gerk squad to come out and now we found that the problem is the board....it will take another week to 10 days if we are lucky to get it fixed! Save yourself the stress and go with another brand!

Not great quality like the older LG products. Ice maker stopped working after 4 months. The bottom slide door for the freezer is not as convenient as the older swing door design. Mediocre product in my opinion.

I understand that all equipment may have a dud once in a while but I really think the reason why it was about the box product it wasn’t handled properly and the issue didn’t become apparent until I bought it, there was an internal leak and it wouldn’t get cold enough my ice cream melted it was just a big cooler

I've had this fridge for one year and a few months, and the "Main Control Board" and the "Temperature Sensor" have broken down. Seeing as, zero of our previous fridges have ever broken down since we take really good care of our appliances, we did not expect this. Especially because its so new. Very disappointing. Now those parts and labor are an added expense for me, despite it being the makers faulty mechanics/tech.

Save your money! the bottom drawer roller fell out a couple of months ago and yesterday the top and bottom doesn't cool any more. waste of money. conveniently stopped working after the insurance expires. if I could give this product a 0 star I would.

Top handle broken after only 9 months. Then freezer not keeping food frozen. Ice cream melting at 33 degrees fahrenheit. Not living up to my Kenmore at all. Overpriced for a problematic appliance. Best Buy called the handle disconnecting "an accident." Please.
