Worst customer support ever, operator in the Islands tells me she can't find a tech to work on it, they'll reach out to me in a couple days to schedule something! Where am I? Going to look for another brand

LG compressor is not worth it!

The compressor, which LG has said they upgraded form the old one that kept failing, has failed. customer service is dragging their feet on fixing the warranty problem telling me that they cannot find a service tech in my area (greater Portland, OR.) Which i find hard to believe. I purchased this fridge because of the high ratings it received, and we liked the layout of the fridge. we want to really like this fridge, but according to my research the new style compressor that they started using is just as bad as the failure of a compressor they had before. The fridge I replaced this unit with was a Kenmore made by LG. it failed after only 7 years! I will NEVER trust another LG product again.

Love the one door as opposed to French doors. Freezer is very spacious as well. Also loved the quick 2 day delivery & friendly & efficient delivery men.

I really like the bottom drawer, it’s good for many smaller items.. still getting used to where I want to keep certain foods but the space is great and there is plenty of light to see.

Customer Service of NO help when I told them I am desperate to get fridge fixed as my husband is a severe diabetic who needs to refrigerate insulin.I will NEVER purchase ANY LG product again.

We opted for one without and in door water filter because we had one like that before and it kept breaking.
