Well built, window kit relatively easy to install. 2 fan modes low vs high, cools a medium sized room well on low. Despite 51 decibel reading, it is still fairly loud even on low. For reference a library is 40 decibels, each 3 decibels above that is double the percieved noise. 11-12 decibels would be 4X the noise of a library. Definitely would not use in TV room or bedroom (unless you enjoy white noise). Overall still a great ac unit and bargain at $270.

Initially I was pleased with this unit, it cooled my bedroom and half my front room. I used it a handful of times as summer 2024 wasn’t too hot where I am. Now it’s July 2025 and I need it. The compressor turns on without cooling. I’ve done all the troubleshooting, online research but seems that it’s either just an oversized overweight fan or it needs service. I thought I registered the warranty but it wouldn’t matter because a year has lapsed and it would be out of warranty. I hope you have better luck than I did. It isn’t too noisy but I can sleep through anything once I fall asleep. The timer goes up to 24 hours, has auto swing or can stay fixed. The window kit will fit a large window if all the pieces are used.

It works well. Strong enough to cool my room but it is noisy. I think portable a/c are all noisy.

Excellent purchase. It cools bedroom very fast . Perfect size. It has different modes to choose from. Very easy to install.

This is a great air conditioner for a bedroom. Dont have to remove your screen. No bugs.

Good little AC unit, quite noisy though. I like the portability, but it has to be near a window to operate.

This was purchased to supplement the AC in our house in the guest room that is on the South side of the house and is warmer on hot days making it too hot for our visitors, The cooler air was well received.

Super great during the summer, especially with the heat of ny. It was easy to assemble and put away. And the settings were easy to use and blows very cold air.

I have great confidence in LG appliances. This portable air conditioner/dehumidifier/fan combo, does it’s job well. These units are a little louder than window units, but the db levels have come down quite a bit over the years. It’s a little awkward to drain the water reservoir. Other maintenance, (ie: vacuuming filters, etc) is easy to get at and do.

It works great. A little noisy when on AC. Fan swing is awesome. A nice unit.

Setup took about 20-30 mins (getting it upstairs was the hardest part), but soon as it was done, worked perfectly. Cools my bedroom pretty quick! Don’t know how I survived so many summers without this but now there’s no turning back. Remote is very handy too. Responsive from about 10 ft away (haven’t tested any distance further).

My first portable ac. I was a little skeptical but its doing a great job in a bedroom. Wish it was a little more cost friendly though.

Our AC went out during the summer and it cost to much to fix it but this device right here. It was the best. It kept the rooms ice cold!

Exactly what I needed, it works great, cools down my room perfectly and it's quieter than a number of other units out there, the price is very reasonable as well
