Best Buy delivery was amazing, I ordered it on a Monday and it showed up on a Wednesday, even better it was free delivery. Can't beat that.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The AC is cool but just like some other buyers, there is a 50/50 chances in getting a loud fan noise unit, the fan speed at F1 is already like F4 at maximum on other AC units, F3 on this LG is really loud like turbo jet engine! There is no way to have conversation even a few feet away from it, and definitely not for bedroom. I contacted LG and was told that this is a defective AC, Best Buy has the best customer service in taking care of the return.

Had a bit of a setback, having to return the first due to damage. Now all installed, I am as cool as a cucumber. My nights are of pure bliss, sleeping comfortably.
