Our old washer was constantly going out of balance and would not pump out all the water to finish the cycle. My wife picked this one for the replacement. We have had it for nearly a month, she is very happy.

I love this washer. I have a king size bed so I need a pretty large capacity washer that could handle my comforters. This washer does the job getting each comforter clean without leaving behind soap residue in the fabric. As for my other washing needs it’s performance goes above and beyond any washer I’ve owned in the past.

Very easy to use top load washer. Benefit is being able to add clothes without having a mess to deal with.

We love the added features of our LG Top load Washing Machine. Turbowash was a must have, direct drive was also a must have feature. We also like the add water feature. Now, we plan to purchase the matching LG Dryer with the moisture sensor feature. This will save on our energy usage and not have to be concerned about "if the clothes are dry yet".

I was a little intimidated upon having my washer installed but after reading the instructions it was fine. This washer does an excellent job in cleaning and is so quiet. Love it.

We bought the LG Washer and Dryer from Best Buy a couple of months ago. After four years of battling with our worthless Samsung washer, we decided to replace it along with our 20-year-old dryer. It truly is the best buy we've made. My daughter has an LG and swears by it (we were swearing AT our Samsung). This LG washer and dryer are TERRIFIC.

As a short person it's tough to reach the bottom however this washer rocks. I recommend getting a stool :)

I've had this washer for a few months with no issues. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The cycles are longer than the standard washer I upgraded from, but this is not a problem for me. I am only 5'1 and I do have trouble reaching small items like socks and undies at the bottom of the tub. I use tongs for that, but other fellow shorties out there may find that to be inconvenient. I saw previous reviewers mention an issue with not having enough water in the load. I get around this by choosing the "bulk" setting if I feel a specific load needs extra water. So far I am happy with this purchase.

Large and easy to use washing machine. It is great

This is a great washer but is hard for my daughter and I to reach the bottom of the drum to get the clothes out. We had to get a step stool. The only other problem is that the 25 minute speed wash will not allow you to use hot water. Only warm. So that was disappointing as the next shortest wash is 57 minutes.

I love this washer. It is quiet and works perfectly.
