This is my first LG appliance and third front load washer. Bought from salesperson recommendation and so far (2 months) have been very happy with results and ease of use. Esp happy with short wash load (15 minutes) which I'm able to use quite often.

We bought this LG washer to replace a10 yr old Kenmore that was beyond repair. The LG is very quiet & cleans very well. The controls are easy to understand & use. The free Best Buy delivery/installation worked out great. It qualified for a $100 rebate through our electric company. We're quite pleased with this purchase.

Still new but the quality of machine seems good and clothes are clean. Has a smaller load capacity of top loader but uses far less water and detergent. Water and detergent use is very noticeable. Machine is loud as we use unit on second floor. Purchased rubber foot stop pads and it really helped to reduce overall shaking and noise

I did my homework and read reviews about this product. I am not as young as many people who will be purchasing this machine, but I was able to figure it out quickly and without any issues. The delivery guys were outstanding. The whole process could not have been easier. Do your homework and you will be satisfied.

Works well. I use the extra water setting because it hardly uses any, and it seems like it should. I am not a fan of Samsung, and this was my best, non Samsung, choice. Several people told to avoid the Samsungs after I made this purchase. It runs very quite and has all the bells and whistles I would expect. I have had no problems as of yet.

I bought this as a companion to the 7.4 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Ultralarge-Capacity Smart Gas Dryer. I have only had the machine for a few weeks but so far it has cleaned everything incredibly well, even set in stains. I would highly recommend. The washer does a little "jingle" when it's finished; makes me want to dance.

This washing machine is very user friendly for the whole family. It gets the clothes very clean and fits a large amount. We thought we were having issues with our dryer, but this machine has such a powerful spin cycle that the clothes are coming out so dry that my dryer is working much better.

I got this for my elderly mother. They were supposed to install it for her. The water valve would not shot off comepletly. They did not install the machine. They left it in the box. I was not impressed. I think the machine is great, I have one. I would buy it somewhere else if you want it installed.

What a great machine! Extra heavy load capacity to quick load plus all the other extras. You can taylor each load to your needs. Your wash comes out clean every time. Machine is quiet and as washers go, it's beautiful! Very happy with this purchase and think you will be too.

Our old washing machine was ready to be replaced and after looking around at more then I can remember and reading reviews we settled on this LG Model. It has been 18 months since we purchased it and it has proven to be not just a good machine, but a very good investment.

I've had this for a few weeks now it replaced. A model just like it with more features. This one cleans just fine. I don't miss the extra features. However I did buy the extra insurance on this one. It has an extra .5 cubic foot which somehow makes a huge difference and allows me to wash my king comforter!

Had some issue with scheduling delivery (scheduled, then was called stating it needed to be rescheduled--meanwhile we were without a means for doing laundry). The unit was delivered and easy to hook up. The back access panel and part of white housing were dented in (was able to pop out mostly). Has been washing clothes since.

Great washer—easy to use and is really quiet. I have a high school football player at home. As you can imagine - his clothes often has some tough stains (blood, dirt, grass stains etc.)—I simply select the heavy wash cycle and no more stains! Another plus...it’s super affordable!

I got super lucky with an open box item. Our 14 year old washer was broken and we needed a new one fast. After much research, no local store had the top loader that was highly rated. I saw this on CR and never looked back. They were able to deliver at 8 AM the next morning. So far so good.

This large capacity washer allows easy access for large or bulky items. I washed my queen bedspread with ease. The many wash cycle options are nice and the four-compartment detergent dispenser drawer is easy to access & fill. Also very quiet & has a pleasant end-of-cycle tone.

I did a lot research before buying the Lg - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 9-cycle Front-loading Washer. Staff at Best-Buy were of much help too. Very economical. Better unit than the one I had before. $300 rebate from LADWP cut down the price even more. Highly recommend to others looking for a wasking machine. Thanks

I've only had it a few weeks and so far no complaints. It does a good job of cleaning clothes unlike the not very old top load Maytag which I had to replace because it kept breaking. You can go with default settings or make adjustments to the wash if that's your preference.

Quiet and efficient. Can handle large loads quite well. One thing i noticed was that softer fabric felt rough after wash, could be due to the hard water. Color seemed to fade a bit too. Going to try a softener with next wash and see if it helps. Anyway, all in all a great washer and I am happy with my purchase.

i'm not familiar with front loaders. do they all have so little water? as far as i can tell the clothes are clean. they could spin out a little better. they seemed a little too wet when done. it looked like it needed more water - there was hardly any - but i really don't know. i'd like feedback myself.

We had to replace our last LG washing machine. After a quick search of the Best Buy website we found this one, which is an updated version of the one we’ve had for well over 10 years that just stopped working. It was at a great prices and was exactly what we were looking for.
