Both washer and dryer work very well. They are extremely quiet and efficient. They look good. The settings are easy to read.

I never had a washer and dryer like this. I am goong from a basic stackable unit with knobs and a loud horn that notifies me when the dryer is done and no sound for the wahser to a touch pad with a nice charm when both wash and dry cycles are done. I love that i can choose multiple cycle types for what im washing and that there is a sensor that can detect when the cloths are dry so i dont over do it. Only issue i had was they dryer would stop after 15 minutes at first and i realized it had a code that indicates a blocked vent so i had a vent cleaner come out he found that a coffe can was used as a union for the vent and that there was a huge bird nest with a dead bird inside. After the vent cleaning and bird cage installed the dryer runs really well.

We’ve only had this for a short time, but we love it so far. Very large capacity and our clothes are coming out clean. Sleek unit!

It is awesome. I previously had side by side front loaders by LG but I needed cut down on space and this unit works well.

Once the unit arrived, it has been wonderful. easy to operate. fits nicely in space and not oversized but does large loads.

A dream come true.... I have wanted a new Washer and Dryer forever. I am the type of person to research anything I purchase. The set is so beautiful, so quiet, so efficient in every way. Best Buy delivery guy’s were top notch. As I continue getting to know my beautiful addition to my family I will make more comments. So for anyone out there nervous about buying this set, the only thing I can tell you is that once you do, you will then kick your butt for not getting it sooner. Thanks LG & Best Buy. LOVE LOVE LOVE

The very first time I used my tower was great. It was very user friendly. The settings are perfect for the type of washing and drying I do. It is very efficient and looks good too. The only minor flaw is that the little hole where the rubber gasket is stays wet. I didn’t realize that until I opened it and it stunk like mildew. So no I leave it slightly open and out a paper towel on the little hole. Minor problem that isn’t a big deal to me. Overall my experience has been great.

The washer/dryer combo is a great size and fits perfect in our laundry room. Washes and drys quietly and tons of different settings. Love it

Absolutely perfect. Installation was quick and easy. Capacity is generous. Wash cycles are plenty and intuitive. And the dryer dries quickly and efficiently and also has plenty of cycles to choose from. If I have to complain about something it's that it's a little loud drawing water so I close the laundry door and it's not enough to take off a star. I needed this 5 years ago! Thank you LG! PS, I have not used the steam and other custom functions and honestly, probably won't. If I do, I will update the review and add pics.
