It's awesome! I never had an electronic washer/dryer. This machine has unique features. Easy to follow the button electronically. LG has created a smart machine that is easy to operate. The clothes smell great after drying. So far, I really enjoy using the (high tech) LG Smart - Electric Dryer Washer Tower with build-in intelligence. Smart machine!

So far so good! Love the graphite look and “trim” size (unit is trim hq). Not overly large as true separate units when stacked are. Controls are easy to access. We installed the units ourselves and it went just fine, especially after the BestBuy reminders giving us an idea what we were needing to do. Have only used the units a week now and no problems!

Excellent product, terrible delivery. This was a tight fit and the installers said the dryer vent kit was too short. They didn’t hook it up at all. I had a friend come over and we spent two hours getting this beast ( over three hundred pounds) out so I could hook up dryer vent hose and stretch it to the full 8 ft length. Amazing it worked! Terrible delivery and hook up. These are contract labor not Best Buy employees! So free delivery and installation is worth what you pay NOTHING!

Has worked perfectly, have had no problems and had many great features!

Perfect size, sleek design. Downloaded settings are great. You can have the most specific laundry cycles it’s great. Only thing is you can’t start it remotely through the app you need to manually click start on the actual machine.

I love it. I can see when my significant other does laundry while I’m at work!! Nice features washes and dries very well. Looks very pleasing as well.

Very nice product. The tower is easy to use. Controls are all conveniently located between the washer and dryer, I like the feature that the dryer knows how to set itself based on the washer settings. Convenient internet access so I can monitor the loads on my cell phone without going to the unit.

We had a perfectly working top loading washer and dryer, that unfortunately we needed to replace after the town’s pipes got blocked and sewage backed up into our washer. We did lots of research and decided to get this stacked front loader washer/dryer combo. From the minute we got it the washer has never drained fully after a wash. There is always a couple inches of water left sitting in it and clothes are therefore sopping wet in a puddle of water. We had the LG people come out *twice* and they literally told us “it doesn’t have the power to pump the water out fully because it’s an energy efficient machine and it therefore doesn’t have the same power as the non-energy efficient machines from the past- but don’t worry you bought a really good machine”. Thinking the first guy surely didn’t know what he was talking about we asked a second guy to come out and he confirmed the same- the machine isn’t powerful enough to empty the washer of water fully so there is apparently always going to be a puddle of water your clothes are sitting in when the wash is done that doesn’t drain from the machine. My husband is an engineer so he jimmy rigged a new pump which drains the machine now but it shouldn’t come to that (picture of that new pump my husband made below). Don’t waste your money on this “energy efficient” useless machine. (Also, BB delivery is a joke, cancelled the night before, rescheduled for a few days later, then apparently the guys can’t carry down three basement stairs through a bulkhead door so it was delivered onto our grass and my husband had to get it in himself- another picture of that)

This has been a big upgrade in our laundry! We wanted newer machines but space was limited and this worked out well. I had never been a fan of stackable one unit till this! I love the capacity and how the dryer knows the settings already from the wash. Love that I can be doing other things and my watch will notify me my laundry is done, and being able to delay a start is a great feature as well.

I am in love with this unit, I down sized from my front loaders and it fits perfectly in my new home. It does make sound when operating but they are not loud. I would recommend if you needed a smaller unit. This one is now in my kitchen.

It’s very quiet. Works great. Especially great for short people and it’s plenty big enough.

Love it. The controls are where an average person can see them and it’s extremely quiet.

I absolutely positively I’m very happy with my LG wash tower! It washes the clothes well and is very quiet!
