I will say the rubber seal(?) on the washer is much easier to clean & dry then my former unit.

Love, love, love my new washer & dryer!! Use the dryer steam fresh cycle almost daily!! Great benefit!!

The installation company and Best Buy have very bad communication it literally took over a month to get two units installed. Sad.

Good for short people but the software needs help

The only thing I will say is that they don't make it is easy to connect it to the app which is disappointing. I tried for a few hours to get it connected but it would only connect to my hotspot which is not ideal.

It is a little small on capacity and had difficulty getting up to speed on spin if items are too bulky(even when not overfilled). Resulting in soaking wet towels that need to be pulled out and redo spin cycle with half at a time.

It washes clothes in half the time of my old washer thanks to the turbo wash setting. The dryer is fantastic. I love all the settings on both the washer and dryer.

Delivery and installation was quick and smooth. Really like the speed cycle option, as well as steam fresh.

It’s been great the washer load size is a bit smaller than I expected but works great. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a lot of heavy/CA king comforters.

The washer makes an odd knocking sound at no real pattern. LG also sticks a sketchy arbitration agreement to the outside that I recommend opting out of.

Check your outlets first

I have one plugged into an extension right now as I wait for an electrician to rewire my space… and pay $400 for that service. This wasn’t specified when I bought it, and clearly it was important. Also, the dryer isn’t drying thoroughly. Hoping that is going to improve. Will update after the electrician comes. The guys who brought and installed it were great though, and they did their best to keep us informe of all things.
