This W/D/ combo has all the features that I would ever need for washing/drying. I especially like the steam features and the energy saving dry setting.

Filter is on the lower right hand side.

Poor delivery and follow up Customer Service

Worst experience ever trying to get what I paid for. Then on top of waiting forever to get it delivered, after it was delivered, the drain hose was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Getting that repaired was another whole circus and wait. The system Best Buy used to track parts is not connected to their scheduling system, so even though the part arrived in a couple of days, the scheduling system kept canceling the appointment because it did not know the part was already delivered. Get it together Best Buy.

I don't want to have to leave it open. I asked about this before purchasing this set, and was assured that the company had taken care of this issue.
