    The right price point. Washer spin cycle is very quiet. The size of the tower is the perfect fit for a laundry closet off the mastewr suite.

    I wish there were more selections for wash cycle. I usually use "small load" because the "normal" load takes a long time. But the wash cycle itself is good.

    Everything is great about the product except for the dryer ending the cycle early when some contents are still damp. The dryer is “smart device” that adjusts the cycle time while it is running. More often then not, the cycle ends too early with some contents being more damp then others. Removing the dried items and rerunning the cycle does not work because the “smart device” reads the contents as dry already (when they are not) and ends the cycle after 1-2 min. It is a great product in all other aspects
