    Broke as soon as the 1 yr warranty ran out. Will cost minimum $400 to fix but could be more.

      When a unit stops working shortly after the warranty period, one helpful step is to perform a full power reset by unplugging the appliance or switching the breaker off for 30 seconds, then restoring power.     It vibrates too much which causes loud noise and unusual sound. We’re getting a replacement so we’re hoping that we just got a bad one. I still gave it 2 stars since I really like how it looks. Will definitely give it 5 stars if replacement lives up to our expectations.

    I like the look of these machines. The selections are sparse for specialty clothes. The washer is so deep & low to the floor, that my disabled body cannot reach all of the clothes. The dryer is noisy. The washer spins practically all of the water from the clothes, so drying time is quicker.
