    I bought it 10 months ago and it’s in great shape. It was a bit expensive but I think it was worth the investment. At least for now because I hope it doesn’t break within urbe next 3-4 years.

    The washer is great for washing and the dryer is sub par. I’ve had the LG tower installed and the duct damaged during the installation. Since then I have 3 technicians come out to attempt to fix an issue with the dryer duct without any avail. I am now told I have to pay for the next visit. Long story short if the installation is without issue maybe things will be okay. If not, Best Buy may not be able to fix it.

    I’m super impressed with Best Buy. My first appliance purchase was the LG Washtower. Two very nice gents, Ken & Mike, arrived right on time, and from start to finish was only 20 mins! They helpfully unboxed everything & took debris away. This was a smooth, efficient process. Well done! Best Buy you’re doing it right!

    So far I love it. It does take getting used to after my old conventional set. It is very efficient, uses way less water. Also it washes and dries much faster then the old conventional set did. We had them deliver and the guys did a superb job setting it up.

    The unit is beautiful. It is not that loud and has many options for different kinds of washes. It can be a bit tricky at first figuring out the different settings, but otherwise its pretty straightforward.

    We love this washer and dryer has been easy install and has been working fine ever since even has Wi-Fi capability, which is pretty nice to check from Phone how much longer the cycles have

    Love this all in one unit. I am nervous if one component breaks is the whole thing garbage? I love the functionality. When I set a special function on the washer the dryer does a good job at predicting what I want as a setting there too.
