Had a tiny Bosch stackable that was included new when I purchased a condo. Since there are no vents for the dryer, the old washer/dryer were European size - half the size of the new unit. I was excited to find a full size washer/dryer that was ventless by LG. No more reaching for the top controls on the dryer - all washer /dryer controls are in the middle of the machine. I was a bit worried about the dry time, but it was about the same as the old unit that was half the size and the clothes were pule come out super hot. This one is quiet and cleans really well. I have LG units in my other home that are 134 years old. And work like new and no repairs. Can’t beat that!

I live in an area where exterior venting is prohibited and I have an electric dryer outlet. Drying is about an hour or two longer for most things but is otherwise fantastic

I am obsessed with my new wash tower! It’s big (washes and dries a king size comforter). It’s energy efficient and needs NO vent. It has every cycle known and new ones can be downloaded. You can control and diagnose issues (I’ve had none) with an app. Drying times are a bit longer with the ventless heat pump but I haven’t suffered at all as a result. Unlike some other ventless heat pump dryers, there is no water reservoir to dump between cycles; this one drains automatically. The only, and I do mean only thing that could be an issue for some is that the doors open to the left and I don’t think you can change the swing. Other than that, perfection. I’d date this thing if I could!

Great appliance, unqualified installation technicians - I received my LG tower yesterday after waiting for it for over 2 months. As a Professional Mechanical Engineer, I did my research on installation and specs before receiving the equipment. I clearly told the installation guys that were sent that they needed to pay extra attention to the dryer condensation drain hose connection. They said they have installed this equipment before and dismissed me as a Ma'am that didn't know what she was talking about. Well, once they left I did a load and guess what - water was leaking through the condensation drain port because the hose was not connected there! They actually removed a metal plate that was not supposed to be touched for this, and connected the hose in there. I find it unbelievable that an unqualified person, questionably a technician, did an installation of a very expensive equipment. And now I am waiting for a repair of an equipment that is new. This is just unacceptable.

Thanks to all of the bad reviews and experiences I debated a lot to buy this or not but my options were extremely limited and time was short so I did buy it. I installed it by myself and had no problem so far. We're pretty happy eith it. No leak, no problems, at least yet.

We had purchased this unit on 26 January with The Home Depot and it never arrived. I found it online at Best Buy and drove to our store and had it delivered in 4 days. Our sales representative (Edward) was the best! It fit perfect and we love our laundry room now.

I had my washer dryer returned because of the cabinet space. This one fits well. It's not too noisy. Works well

Product itself is great but purchase somewhere others than Best Buy!! I wish I could go back in time. The delivery was the worst experience of my entire life. The delivery individuals were upset, cursing at one another and getting frustrated with their inability to lift the machine until I had suggested they take it apart. Shouldn’t they know better? They tried moving the tower as one piece and completely gutted my brand new hardwood floors, hand railing and staircase. I am so incredibly upset there are no words. I now have a much larger problem on my hands that would have been prevented should I have ordered at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Please learn from my mistake. Do better with your home delivery services Best Buy.

The convenience of this unit is amazing, and so is the energy efficiency. Also great that it takes up a little less room than stackables.

Item was defective. The dryer leaked and I had to return it. There are no more in stock, so I am left without a machine now.

This washer tower has the newest technology but it does require a special 240V connection in your home keep an eye on that and make sure you have it before you order.

Think twice before buying - purchased this wash tower last November 6, 2023 and we are still waiting for Best Buy to install. On top of it, Best Buy has already charged us for our first month's payment for this unit that we have yet to use. Upon delivery, we were informed that we would need a professional install for the hose length needed for our home. November 21st, South Coast Installation came and advised us that they would potentially need to remove the door hinges in our laundry closet to have the unit fit. No updates from either Best Buy or South Coast for 2 weeks until we reached out to our local Best Buy on December 6. They said that they were looking into the issue and having a manager involved. The manager calls us December 7 and assures us they are working to have us taken care of. We were supposed to have our washer/dryer installed December 13, no one showed up during the delivery time window. We called our local Best Buy advisor and he did not pick up. We called South Coast and they said we were not placed on their service calendar. They informed us that we have another scheduled installation date for December 16, and we are exhausted at this point. There is a gross lack of communication between Best Buy and their third party service installers. We are extremely frustrated and regretful with this purchase. TL/DR: don't know how the unit performs because the back and forth with installation is horrendous.

I am so infuriated at LG. Paid over $2,000 for an LG washer dryer. Third load, and IT'S LEAKING WATER ONTO MY FLOOR. I read the reviews on this unit, and saw that there were some installation problems that caused leaks. I literally printed out one of the reviews and showed it to the installation guys. They said they knew about it, and they knew how to install it. I'm doing my third load, and it's LEAKING ON THE FLOOR OF MY CONDO, and if it leaks into units below, it will cause thousands in damage.

This unit does NOT dry your clothes without a three hour time frame for a small load! I even called LG support and got a lot of nonsense from them and no answers as to why this unit would not dry my clothes without running for hours and hours and hours. I changed settings and nothing changes the horrific amount of time and energy this thing wastes trying to dry my clothes!
