    We the LG front load washer based on Consumer Reports evaluation. We have use the washer for only a few loads and found it worked as expected. We expect it to continue as advertised. We purchased the washer at Best Buy and was very happy with the knowledge and service provided. The front load design is desired.

    Really like the different wash options and web enabled alerts through the ThinQ app. We have been very happy so far with our purchase. Also, the Best Buy delivery was a flawless, great customer service and knowledgeable installers. Overall we could not be happier with the overall Best Buy buying experience.
