Quiet and Fast.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It runs so quiet i cant get over it. Our laundry hookups are located in our bedroom and you could start a load of laundry and pass out if you'd like to. It also has an app alert that tells you when the load is done so if you walk away you can get buzzed on the phone. The only negative is that being a front loader you will want to dry off the inner door and rubber seal after each load to avoid any musty water smell. Gets a 4.5 outta 5 from me!

LG Front Washer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does a very good job of cleaning the clothes and with the higher spin cycle the dryer doesn't take near as long.

Beautiful set, super quiet!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the look and multiple options of this washer. I also like that I can drain the remaining water left in the drum from the front of the machine which always grossed me out from my old top loading Samsung. Also, the main reason I bought this over my old Samsung, is because I ALWAYS got a unlevel code on my old washer, so annoying! Not with this one. The only thing I dislike about this one is how long the cycles are. Also, it is slightly smaller than my old one, but I am headed toward an empty nest, so I don't require the bigger capacity anymore either.

Satisfied
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to follow instruction manual . Solid and sturdy in view of stability . Just make sure you have even floor placement . It washes the clothes well . Has different selection of your preference . Let the door open to dry the inside every time you wash . Self clean when time recommended . Noise wise no issue . Spin well according to your preference . Minimal water but rinses well . I bought warranty maximum as offered . In long term it will protect you and prevent headache . You could set with your smart phone to remind you if done washing . Generally we are happy with the performance . Space wise and amount of load I bought big . Great in all performance . Any appliance you take care well . Should never had issue unless the manufacture problem .

So far so good, actually fits in laundry closet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This replaces a 9 year old LG with a bad bearing, hoping this one has a better fate. Went with LG as its the only front-load model that will fit in our laundry closet, check the depth as all the newer models are even deeper than before and most won't fit in many laundry closets. Washing performance is good, and the 'water hammer' of the old LG is basically gone. We do wish there was a 'deep wash' option, or a way to get more water into the machine for dirtier clothes, that is one drawback of the front loader. This model was 1 step up from their entry level, and for $50 more you get more settings, which is important because we seldom use the highest jet-engine spin dry cycle. Haven't used the steam cycle yet. It does a good job cleaning and spinning the water out of the clothes, we also like that we didn't have to remove any shelves to lift the lid of a top-loader. It's also very quiet, other than the humming during the spin cycle. I'm not sure why people complain about bending to put the clothes in, you have to do so to get them in the dryer anyways,so that's a moot point. We also like being able to store things atop the washer, like the laundry basket. 1 concern is the touch-panel for the controls. I'm not sure why LG (and most others) eliminated the buttons. I suspect that might be an issue down the road, so we went with the 5 year warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this machine, it cleans the clothes well, it has gentle cycle for some items that would be destroyed by a top loader, its quiet and efficient. Unless you need to soak filth and dirt from your clothes, this should be fine. I'm not certain that any of the top loaders would be any better with filthy dirt covered clothes, so I happily recommend this model... at least until we have an issue, hopefully that will be a while down the line.

My new LG Washer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got this in December 2023. So far, its works well. I have done a few loads of laundry. It ran very quietly and performed well for a new washer. The ease of use was very high. Water use is minimal. My older LG washer was great also. But will see how it performs over the years.

Good washer bad tech
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, it very much like our 18-year-old LG Washer we replaced it with. So, it does a good job. However, the ThinQ tech is horrible! Just getting it connected to my iPhone was not easy. After hours of attempts and failures, using what LG supplied, I turned to YouTube. The second YouTube video got me past the IOS password issue, but the advanced support function does not work unless you register it. Here we go again, bad tech / instructions! To register it, it requires its serial number (which appears to contain a dash). No matter how entered, it would not except it! Discovered it had a scan bar code option, so I did... and guess what, it came back with it's not a valid serial number. So, I don't have the free advanced support, because I'm not going to spend more hours on something which should have taken no more than 15 minutes.

Loving it so far!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it for a few weeks. So far I am really loving it. I love how many items you can put in one load. I was able to wash a set of king sheets, a duvet cover, and a blanket all in one load! Machine is very quiet and clothes come out clean!

Cleans well and very quiet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does a great job of cleaning compared to the top load washer I had. And it’s extremely quiet and the spin cycle removes the water effectively making drying time less

My First HE machine.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A very quiet and efficient machine. My first HE appliance and was a bit concerned about the amount of water being used initially. After my first wash experience everything made sense. The time for loads is a bit long but I think that's my new adjustment to an HE machine. Pleased with my purchase.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love it. Looks great, and does a great job cleaning the clothes. My only complaint is that there were no instructions, or at least, nothing in detail. I’m sure I’m not using it to the fullest, or getting all the benefits that I paid for. I will continue to google any questions that I have. Otherwise it is great, does the job, is quiet, and definitely looks fantastic. I’m very happy I bought the front load. Definitely would recommend it to friends and family.

Great washer; excellent value when on sale.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice sized washer with plenty of features and app connectivity. I had some issues with the door lock mechanism initially not locking, but I was able to get it working consistently. I needed a washer that was a certain size in order to fit in a small space and this one was highly rated and smaller than my old washer. I installed it myself with the easy to follow instructions provided. It's also much quieter than my previous washer, which is a big plus.

Great Washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’ve had this washer for a month now and are very pleased with the performance and options as well as how quiet it is! The phone app is fun and I appreciate the reminders that the wash is finished. I haven’t figured out all of the functions yet though. Some are not intuitive.

LG washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks like I way overpaid.. price at Best Buy now $200 less than when I bought it there last month. So far works well and not noisy. Simple, basic machine and looks nice. Only complaint is installers placed it in crooked and too heavy for me to straighten it up.

Good quality for the money...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good overall product! I wish the machine would let you know how long the cycle is that you are selecting! You only find out how long the cycle is once you select the cycle you want. Worsk well, very quiet, easy to use.

Happy with washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good washing machine. Took a little getting used to from the Kenmore I had for so long. Washes clothes clean with 1/2 the detergent I used to use. The only downside is you do need to keep door open after washing so any water left on the lip of the washer dries. Has a lot of options and is pretty quiet.

Great machine; drain hose moved to the bottom.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tons of great features! Our wash area is in the basement, so having a notification sent to my phone when the wash is done is very convenient. The machine itself is very quiet. Some things I don't like about it is a normal cycle does take a bit longer than my last machine. It has a speed cycle, but my last LG (which lasted 7 years before braking) was a bit faster and washed just as good. Also, if your drain port is in a high place like mine was you're going to need an extension. LG moved the drain hose from the top of the machines to the very bottom. I couldn't reach the drain port without an extension. It would have maybe cost LG another $5 (probably less) to include a longer hose for those with high drain areas.
