It is easy to operate and probably has more features than I can use! Given the delays in the supply chain, it took a long time to get it, but was worth the wait.

Gives enough cycles to cover any kind of fabric you have. Times the cycle based on the weight of the load you put in. Does a good job of energy efficiency.

Excess water not draining. Called Geek squad and they took 4 weeks to respond then claimed could not fix problem but now past return date and Best Buy refused to make a return. They asked me to call manufacturer. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy an appliance again.
