Samsung was junk

Small rubber hose located behind a tiny door at bottom front of washer that must be drained after using washer. Door should be left open to prevent mildew Oder.

Great New Additions to the Laundry Room

Only complaint is cycle time is not displayed when you select cycle. Have to wait until machine is started and it assesses weight of clothes before time is displayed.

Kudos on the smaller size to easily fit in the closet. Easy to use, multiple programs, takes big loads. Definitely worth considering

Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service

Fewer wrinkles than previous top loader
