This is a very nice washing machine, it has all the features that the wife likes. Also, it is very quiet. We are very happy with this purchase. We would recommend this washer, you will be please with it.

This is my first front loading washing machine …. I am very pleased with its performance, My clothes are very clean , smell nice , Machine easy to operate , When my dryer breaks …. Will go back to BEST BUY and purchase the dryer that comes with this washing machine model ! The tech at BEST BUY was very helpful , knowledgeable, answered all my questions… I was also very happy that they could install this machine in my house quickly ! Thank you BEST BUY !

It works perfectly, with no noise. The application on my phone is very helpful. It has a good capacity. I really happy with my purchase.

I bought the LG washer to replace a decade old top loading machine. The LG is much quieter and has a higher capacity to boot. I was initially worried about long cycle times on front loaders - but the TurboWash option speeds things up significantly. I typically get a 35-45 minute cycle on a normal wash after the machine detects the load. I've been satisfied with the normal wash and have not tried the allergiene cycles. The washer does a great job of removing moisture and I note that the matching LG electric drier gets done in about 30 minutes. I've been using the LG ThinQ app to get notified of cycle completions and haven't had any issues so far. I would highly recommend this washer.

The washer is so quiet when it runs and the 12 wash cycles are amazing. It's the cleanest my clothes have ever smelled and been. My husband has dirty work clothes and they came out spotless also.

Washer is quiet and will hold large blankets. I did not stack the washer and drier.

This unit - to date - is a significant upgrade from our prior LG washing machine. This machine is quieter during the wash/spin cycle and offers options not included with the former LG machine (eight years of steady service). We purchased this unit on sale - given the discounted price, it represents excellent value (we payed additional fees for delivery and removal/disposal). The delivery was efficient and professional.

I bought this washing machine to replace a 10-year old Samsung that broke down and so far (1 month) I’m very happy with the upgrade. The drum is spacious and the machine does a good job with much lower noise levels than my previous one. The ThinQ app is a plus but still has a lot of room for improvement, e.g. by offering more guidance to create detailed and persistent custom programs for different washing conditions based on fabrics, soil levels, etc. It would be nice to have my own set of setting to pick from every time I wash without having to think, e.g., “my towels”, “my blue coat”, etc.!

The LG front load washer is very easy to use, energy efficient and quiet. Was easy to install. Only issue I had was where the electrical cord and drain hose were located on back of unit. My electric outlet and drain were on opposite sides-would be nice if LG positioned them in middle of unit’s back panel or provided longer lengths. Bought this model based on LG’s reputation and Consumer Reports high recommendation. Both did not disappoint. Highly recommend this model.

Very happy with purchace works very well and looks good

I love my new washer. It has so many setting options and even allows me to treat my severely allergic child’s clothes. It’s easy to clean and maintain and the cycles are efficient and convenient. I bought it because my washer broke but I love it so much I just ordered the matching dryer. The additional benefit is the 10 year warranty LG offers. This gives me peace of mind with the appliance.

Gets clothes clean very well, very quiet, plenty of options no matter the clothing and plenty large. Nice looks as well if you're concerned with that.

Washer is super quiet when running and easily accommodates larger loads of laundry. So far, it works great!

I recently had to replace my set. I did all the research and the LG was rated one of the highest. Some of the cycles are downloaded from the app so make sure you take advantage of all options offered. Once I mastered this, I love it! Really does a great job on my whites! Since it is synced with my phone, I get notifications when the cycle is complete, when I need to run the cycle for cleaning the tub, etc. Very quiet! Great purchase! Great price! Great service from Best Buy and the installers!

So far, one month in, I love this washer. Unfortunately, I had to replace another LG washer that was only 2 years old, but was terrible, but I am happy with the new one. It is fast and quiet, easy to use, cleans my clothes well, and i LOVE that it sends me a notification when the cycle is done! Also it fit into quite a small laundry room, which I was worried about- but no problem! And easy to set up, didn't even require professional install. Absolutely recommend.
