This is our second LG washer/dryer set and so far so good. We have enjoyed the LG pair and the Thinq app that goes with it. Setting up on the app is easy and it's actually pretty nice to have an alert when your laundry is done. We thought we wouldn't use that much, but we actually really enjoy it, especially since our washer and dryer are in the basement and the signal can't be heard when it's done. Overall I'm happy with our choice and would continue to buy an LG washer and dryer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart washer.

I like the different programs, the efficiency( good water and time duration of them) the quietness! Easy to clean. Good capacity fits a kingsize duvet.

Love it so far. I’ve only used steam cycle because hate to use stain remover. And for the most, does a decent job. Much better than old washer.

Love this Smart Gas Dryer, efficient, cost efficient, the Product works great, however, the process of getting it installed by Best Buy was laborious at best. Form time of purchase to install , it took nearly 3 weeks! Upon each arrival of 3 separate sets of delivery persons, the wrong exhaust was brought each time, thus delaying the use of the machines by near to 3 weeks! It also cost me personal money to the tune of a loss of a full days work! Over $400 dollars. I love the machine, but the install efficiency of Best Buy was less than Satisfactory !

This is the second LG washer we have owned and have had great luck with both. The first lasted us 12 plus (family of 5) years and we loved the features it provided. This one has a few nice improvements. We purchased both from best buy and have been pleased with them as far as price and their delivery team. We still are using the LG dryer we bought with our first washer. The only way we would not go back to best buy would be if they stop selling LG products.

This washer has exceeded our expectations. There are plenty of cycle choices for any type of load needing to be washed. It is quiet and easy to use. It fits very nicely in our laundry clost.

Love this washer. I like the fact that is has so many washing options and the capability to adjust the setting within the options, if needed. The machine is so quite even with a large load of towels, it seems to run effortlessly. I also like the fact that it alerts me via my cell phone when the wash is done. This machine has other features that I have not had to chance to use since I have only had this washer a month. One last think... if you are replacing an older machine, make note of the dimensions. The washer and matching dryer are a little deeper than our old machines.

Love the capacity in this washing machine. Have had for a few months and clothes get cleaned and low noise while running. After every wash I keep the door open so we never experience any musty smells.

Great deal, went to Lowe’s as my buddy suggested to get an open box one. Found one there for a good price but they wanted me to pay to delivery, set up, and pick up! Went by Best Buy just to look and the price matched it for me with free delivery!!

Great product. Easy to use and does a great job. Love it.

I had BB deliver and set-up. Delivery people were great, efficient and made sure the washer was properly set up including a successful 1st trial wash. I've tried several of the different kinds of cycles, all of which worked great. There is a slight learning curve (so many choices!). The final spin makes the wash load feel almost dry before using the dryer for a much shorter time than with my previous washer. I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of use.

STAY AWAY! Less than 6 months in and there is already damage to the door gasket. LG refuses to repair under warranty. We are not washing knives, or dragging razor blades out with the clothes, and yet we are now left with a leaking, broken washer that cost $800 and will now cost another $200+ to fix. I've had front load washers before and have never had this happen. Absolute garbage.

I LOVE this washing machine, it is the perfect size, so quite, and works amazing!!

This washer's roomy and easy to load. The controls are clear and I have no complaints about the wash quality. But the machine's noisier than I expected, and the condensation on the door and seal after a load is complete concerns me. I wipe it down (never had to do that with my old top-loader) and leave the door open for a while – which is less than convenient.
