I love my new front load LG washer! I have confidence that all items in the load are being equally washed and tumbled within, unlike my previous top load washer in which items barely moved about. One of the features that sold me on this unit was having a “fast” wash setting for those occasional times when I need to freshen up clothes that weren’t worn very long. I also wanted a washer that had a countdown timer, which this has. Also, I love its size for washing larger items! So far, so good!

Excellent machine. Replaced like machine that was about 10 years old and still functioning perfectly. Purchased due to water leakage suspected in older washer that turned out to be incorrect and the washer still operated perfectly. Leak was a stopped up drain line in the wall. These are excellent products delivering custom operating selections.

I bought this washer with the matching dryer. The versatility is very fascinating with cycles for just about every imaginable situation. My only complaint is that communication with the app is not always reliable. It does not always alert me when a cycle is done. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load.

I only had this washer for a few weeks, but it works great. The washer is very quiet. The gasket around the door opening has weep holes to drain water from inside the gasket. You still need to leave the washer door open for proper drying of gasket and to prevent mold.

Happy to have this in the house! Replaced a failing Kenmore after 19 years... highly rated by Consumer Reports and by us so far too!!

The machine uses little water, gets clothes clean, is quiet.

Does a good job, is quiet and is fairly easy to use.

I have been using this since June 24th. So far, this purchase was a simple setup, has easy functionality & washes and rings clothes out to near dry in one run (unlike my previous washer- not LG)

I've only had it for 3 weeks, but so far I love this washing machine. I haven't tried all the technological things, but I feel like everything is getting clean and if needed, sanitized very well.

Just purchased. Works great so far. Very quiet. Clothes come out clean. Haven't yet tried all the different cycles so can't comment on them. The only dislike my wife has is that there is no light inside the drum. Her previous washer had a light and she was spoiled by that.

Very efficient with multiple time cycles to choose from as well as large heavy loads and small loads. Life is Good with an LG High Efficiency washer with steam & Built in Intelligence. Thankyou Best Buy !

They should include a map of the digital display in the user's manual. Our washer arrived with at least two pin holes in the drain hose. Not fun. We ended up using E6 glue to close up the holes. Calling customer service was a waste of time.
